Welcome to my website. I am a Clinical Psychologist, Psychotherapist, supervisor, trainer and researcher based in Amersham, Buckinghamshire.
I offer a range of specialist psychotherapy services for adults including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), 'Enhanced' CBT, Schema Therapy, Voice Dialogue, and clinical supervision.
I have over 10 years’ experience helping individuals overcome many emotional difficulties including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties. Alongside my clinical work I am also a clinical researcher, therapist trainer and academic writer.
